These terms govern access to SNSCDN websites, customer panels, subscriptions, and related network services. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms and to applicable local laws.
本条款适用于 SNSCDN 网站、客户面板、订阅及相关网络服务。创建账户或使用服务，即表示您同意本条款并遵守所在地及服务使用地的适用法律。
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and promptly update compromised passwords or subscription details. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
请提供准确信息，妥善保管账户凭据，并在密码或订阅信息泄露时及时更新。除适用法律另有规定外，您应对通过账户进行的活动负责。
Do not use SNSCDN to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware or spam, attack or probe systems without authorization, evade sanctions or access controls, or interfere with the service or other users.
不得利用 SNSCDN 违法、侵犯他人权利、传播恶意程序或垃圾信息、未经授权攻击或探测系统、规避制裁或访问控制，或干扰服务及其他用户。
Plan features, billing periods, prices, traffic allowances, and renewal terms are shown before checkout or in the customer panel. Complete payment through the offered payment provider. Fees already consumed or incurred may be non-refundable where permitted by law.
套餐功能、计费周期、价格、流量额度和续费条件会在结账前或客户面板中展示。请通过提供的支付服务商完成付款。在法律允许范围内，已经使用或产生的费用可能无法退款。
We work to keep the service available, but network routes, nodes, capacity, client compatibility, and features may change. Maintenance, upstream failures, security events, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may interrupt service.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the network, investigate abuse, comply with law, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where appropriate, we will provide notice or a way to contact support.

SNSCDN is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every route, website, application, device, or location will always be reachable.
